Retruns & Exchanges

If an item is defective, please notify us within 48 hours or receipt of your order.  We are able to make an exchange for the exact same item.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Email us at

Receiving Credit

We will notify you via email that we have received your returned merchandise.  At that time we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, we will initiate the exchange process.  We will email you the credit confirmation. 

We generally offer a store credit for merchandise ordered from our site.  Where applicable, refunds applied to your credit card is generally available after 48 hours.  Please notify us if it is not available after that time.

Shipping & Handling

Our stock products are usually shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Ship times will vary on our custom items, but generally ship within 7 business days.  

We use the following carriers: USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS.  Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
